Simon is a great PT and sports masage therapist. He has lots of patience ( I need it !) & very encouraging in his PT sessions , he is calm but assertive. His sports massage is thorough and he fixes my aches and pains 🤪gives great aftercare advice. Thank you Simon , totally recommend 🙂💪
After weightlifting consistently for 18 months I have developed some niggles with my shoulder. Simon looked after my muscles, eased my discomfort with my shoulder, provided a release and offered practical advice. A friendly and in depth service, I definitely will return and will recommend to my family and friends. Thank you
Simon is an experienced sports and deep tissue massage therapist. His goal is to help you to increase mobility, reduce pain and recover from injuries, or simply regular maintenance on tired muscles. His customer service is friendly and warm, his availability to suit you always goes a long way. He follows strict Covid practice. I am a regular and I would highly recommend him.

Simon is very professional and knowledgeable physiotherapist. I would not hesitate to recommend him whether you want a sports massage or have joint issues that need some attention. Thank you
After being a client of Simon's for 3 months, I would definitely recommend him for your personal training needs. He strikes a great balance between support, encouragement and understanding; along with sound advice and a good sense of humour! He's not a shouty Sargent Major, which is good thing from my perspective.
Was a regular here for a year and he works wonders! A big reason in why I no longer have back pain. Webbo is super knowledgeable and personable, I highly recommend.
The best holistic based sports massage you could find in Bournemouth! His expertise are unmatched!
I have had the best session treatments and massages from Simon. He is very professional and knowledgeable I totally recommend his services
